The Keith Bulluck Believe & Achieve Foundation INC. 3/14/2005 The Keith Bulluck Believe and Achieve Foundation, INC. has been established to help level the playing field for children in foster care. Our goal is that while children are in the foster care system we can provide support and encouragement to help them set and achieve goals. As these children age out of the foster care system the programs we have funded will help these children be able to seek higher education or get assistance through job placement. Support, encouragement and stability are what the Keith Bulluck Believe and Achieve Foundation, Inc. provides for children in foster care.
